Before the inventory write off tax laws changed most publishers were willing to stock books for years and leave more money on their shelves, not any more.
At Perfection Press we can remedy these situations by offering our rebind services. Most printers don’t want this type of business but we do. Allow us to assist you in regaining lost revenue by morphing existing books into a higher price point, thus increasing your margins.
How does this work?
At Perfection Press we will convert perfect bound books into case bound books for $2.50 to $5.00 per unit. You can then raise the sell price $6.00 to $10.00 and sell the hard cover book with the margin needed to make your superiors happy.
Some publishers may keep a small supply of hard cover rebound books along with remaining perfect bound books. As case bound orders are received, soft cover books are sent to us to rebind as JIT or POD depending on your needs.
